I have taken a few days off from running since the half marathon and I had high hopes of going for one this afternoon. I’ve been dying to break a sweat and get a good work out in!
When I left work today, all my good intentions of running this evening were shot down. I literally almost got blown over by the wind!! Yeah, yeah maybe I could just suck it up and run outside but running in the wind is the worst. I just can’t do it. It makes my run terrible instead of enjoyable.
Instead, this is where my work out took place.
I followed this work out. The last time I did this work out I completed two sets of 10 reps of each move (and I was sore the next day)!! Because of my lack of working out since the half marathon, today I upped it to three sets of 10 reps of each move (except for move 4. I physically can’t do that one for some reason). I also added in an extra 100 crunches. I’m sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow.
Now, dinner time! I have no idea what I want to eat. A trip to the grocery store should fix that!
